WHAT IS IT: this 10 minute guided Breathwork Meditation practice, accompanied by soft, and expansive music, creates a container for you to connect to your spiritual practice, and ultimately, to yourself, all in a quick timeframe. I have had a lot of requests over the years for this track. Something that you can easily access. Connect to. Something you can convince yourself to do on the days you don’t have the time to give a full session to. This guided meditation is for you.

You will lay down for breathwork*, learn the open mouth, 2-step breathing technique, close your eyes and begin.
