This daylong intensive is about stripping away the layers of conditioning we’ve received, or experienced in this lifetime, about healing our stories, so we can move through these blocks into trusting limitless love. In order to get to the love, or get back to the love, one must start by healing your relationship with yourself. For its when you heal your relationship with yourself that you step into the deepest layer of love you have ever known, this is where self-love flourishes, and you see the pathway for living from your EXPANDED WILD HEART.
Jenna Michelle teaches Breathwork Meditation as a healing modality to move stuck negative emotional energies from ones body allowing you to come from your most natural, authentic state, love.
