Description:
This workshop is an invitation to slow down and listen.

In a world marked by heartbreak, urgency, and constant collapse, many of us are moving through life disregulated, grieving, and unsure how to stand back up without abandoning ourselves. We are often told to “be resilient,” to “stay positive,” or to “do more,” without being given a language for what love actually asks of us in the middle of the fall.

As Love Day approaches, there couldn’t be a more potent time to explore this question. Love tends to be amplified on this day, romanticized, commercialized, idealized, yet beneath all of that noise is an opportunity to return to love in its truest form: not as performance or perfection, but as presence, devotion, and choice.

This space is not about fixing, bypassing, or forcing clarity.

It is about returning to love as a posture, not a romantic ideal, but a guiding devotion that helps us orient our lives, our relationships, and our actions with integrity.

Together, we will explore love as an energy that steadies the nervous system, informs our choices, and shapes how we rise after collapse. We will examine how grief, anger, fear, and longing live alongside love, not in opposition to it, and how listening to love can become a daily practice rather than a destination.

This workshop is for anyone navigating transition, heartbreak, parenting, partnership, activism, or the quiet exhaustion of living in this moment in history. You do not need answers. You do not need certainty. You only need a willingness to listen.

This is a space to soften, to root down, and to ask: with honesty and compassion: What is love asking of me today?

What to bring:

- a notebook to write in and a pen

- yourself, and your open mind

- a yoga mat if you have one (this helps with sand if it’s wet from morning dew or winter storms)

- TWO blankets (one to lay on and one for over you)

- Dress comfortably (there is minimal shade at the beach so dress accordingly)

Notes ::

7th street Manhattan Beach, walk down to the sand, there will be a little hut on the sand to your right, (the public restrooms) and you will find us there.

parking can be tricky down at the beach, the meters are old and only take coins, so plan accordingly, or you can park a little higher in residential streets. My tip is always 1st street and Highland or Manhattan Ave, and walking over.

*All Beach Breathwork circle’s are subject to weather. No refunds or cancellations. We will move this container to the online space or to a different date, in case of weather.

What you agree to by signing up:

- signing a Patient Consent Form prior to the workshop as passed out by Jenna Reiss from Jenna Reiss LLC.

What is Breathwork ::

Breathwork is a 2-step active breathing technique that moves stagnant energy in the body. This practice can leave you feeling open and more ready to step into life as your authentic, natural self. If you’re interested in learning more, I’ve written an article about Breathwork here:
