This is not a breathwork session, it is a traditional meditation designed to help create space, in your body, your mind, and your heart, for what is unfolding.
How to Use This Meditation
Use this in the waiting room of a doctors office or use this from your bedroom. This meditation is designed to be a self-guided offering, for the stage of trying to conceive.
You may listen in the morning, before bed, or anytime you feel called to reconnect with yourself.
This is a gentle space to breathe, soften, and trust your body.
