This guided breathwork meditation is an invitation to deepen into trust, in your body, your journey, and the interplay between science, spirit, and self.
Whether you are in the midst of treatment, trying to conceive, or navigating uncertainty, this practice supports you in remembering that all parts of your experience are allowed to coexist. This is a space to soften into support, not just from your external resources, but from within yourself.
Science, spirit, and your own inner knowing are not separate here. They are woven together in your fertility journey, each playing a role in how you move through this process.
How to Use This Meditation
This is a self-guided practice you can return to at any stage of your journey. There is no right way to move through it.
You may choose this meditation when you feel the need to:
reconnect with trust
ground into your body
soften anxiety or overwhelm
or simply remember that you are supported
A Note on Breathwork
This is an active breathwork practice, guided through the breath while your body remains still. You will be invited to breathe in a connected rhythm through the mouth. As you do, you may experience physical sensations such as tingling, emotional release, tension in the hands or jaw, or shifts in awareness. All of this is normal.
Always listen to your body.
If at any point you feel called to pause or stop, allow your breath to return to its natural rhythm and simply rest.
There is no need to push through anything, your experience is always yours to honor.
