The IUI Breathwork : a guided breathwork experience designed to support you through the emotional, physical, and energetic experience of IUI. This meditation creates space to regulate your nervous system, process fear and uncertainty, reconnect to your body, and move through this chapter feeling more grounded, supported, and connected to yourself throughout the process.
Who this is for:
This workshop is for anyone preparing for, actively going through, or emotionally processing an IUI cycle. Whether you are feeling hopeful, anxious, disconnected, overwhelmed, or simply needing support, this space is designed to help you feel more held through the experience. This meditation is specifically for the stage of IUI, and not for any other stage.
How to use this meditation:
Find a quiet, comfortable space where you can fully relax without interruption. You can return to this workshop before appointments, during your waiting period, or anytime you need emotional grounding and support. Follow the guided breath at your own pace, and remember you can always pause, rest, or return to natural breathing at any time.
A note on breathwork:
Breathwork can be powerful and sometimes intense. It is a somatic practice that may bring up stored emotion or sensation in the body as part of processing and release. You are encouraged to move at your own pace, honor your limits, and stop if anything feels too overwhelming.
There is no goal here to force healing, only to create space for what is already within you to be felt and moved through.
