Workshop Description

Process what you are going through, your emotions about your own life, about the world around you, about the chaos, the noise, AND give back to those most impacted in Los Angeles by the devastating fires.

It’s been a minute since I’ve held a virtual group and I’d be honored to have you join me. *50% of the proceeds will go to charity and I’ll announce the charity we will be donating too soon, I’m vetting through some under-represented pages first.
