As the year ends, this virtual ceremony offers a guided space to pause, breathe, and honestly reflect on what this season has held for you. Through breathwork and gentle somatic inquiry, you’ll move out of the mind and into the deeper wisdom your body has been carrying all year.

Together, we’ll explore what this year asked of you, what you’re ready to release, and what wants to be carried forward. Breath becomes the anchor—clearing stagnancy, softening what’s been tight, and opening space for clarity and intention.

During this live gathering, you’ll experience:

• A guided breathwork journey for release + renewal
• Somatic prompts to help your body speak
• Simple reflection questions to illuminate your year
• A closing ritual to seal what you’re stepping into next
